Job Description

Teaching staff responsible for guiding participants in healthcare continuing education. Focus on areas like nursing management, law&dataprotection, social sciences.

Responsibilities:

  • You independently design and deliver instruction and enjoy supporting participants’ learning processes.
  • You take responsibility for teaching and course content in our continuing education programs, with particular emphasis on nursing management, law and data protection, social sciences, communication, leadership, conflict/time management, nursing science, nursing organization, case management and quality management.
  • You are able to convey a strong practical reference to theoretical topics.
  • You are open to additional subject areas within our seminar offering.
  • You support and advise our participants in their day-to-day learning, including preparing and administering (final) examinations.
  • Your remit also includes applying various teaching strategies to differentiate learning in video-based and in-person formats and to create a positive learning climate.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in, or a close professional connection to, (geriatric) nursing.
  • Relevant vocational training, further education and/or a university degree.
  • Experience teaching in adult education; experience with digital teaching formats is desirable.
  • Pedagogical qualification is an advantage (e.g., further training as a practical instructor, trainer certification).
  • Enjoy communicating with our participants.
  • Quick comprehension, readiness to take initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
  • Commitment, flexibility, a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  • Confident use of MS Office and digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
