Job Description
System/Business Analyst supporting procurement, financial operations, and vendor engagement activities at Next Generation, Inc. Managing processes and providing financial analysis in a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the IT Cyber Security Division and other business units by managing procurement processes.
- Monitor contract renewals, track expenditures, and support consultant onboarding activities.
- Provide financial and operational analysis and ensure data accuracy.
- Create and process requisitions within PeopleSoft Procurement modules.
- Monitor active software licensing and support compliance with procurement policies.
- Assist management with financial analysis, contract reviews, and procurement planning initiatives.
- Generate reports related to procurement activity and departmental budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 1–3+ years of experience supporting procurement, financial analysis, budgeting, contract administration, or business operations.
- Experience working with:
- PeopleSoft Procurement and Financial Modules
- ServiceNow Asset and Contract Management
- Beeline Vendor Management System
- Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, licensing, and technology asset management.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately and independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive Consultant hourly rate range based on experience and education of approximately $45 to $55 an hour
