Job Description
Systems Configuration Specialist configuring EMR, CRM, telephony, and AI workflows. Supporting PHP/IOP behavioral healthcare implementations, testing, documentation, and ticket resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business-defined requirements into accurate system builds during pilot and implementation phases
- Configure forms, workflows, templates, and system structures across the EMR, outcomes measurement tool, telephony platform, CRM, AI tools, and other systems
- Conduct testing and validation of builds for functionality and compliance before go-live
- Partner with the Director to validate alignment between builds and business requirements
- Develop and maintain implementation materials and support end-user system education and adoption
- Create and maintain implementation guides, user guides, training materials, and knowledge bases
- Monitor, triage, resolve, or escalate system configuration requests through the internal ticketing system
- Manage configuration inventory updates and downstream vendor change management
- Maintain knowledge documentation for end users and Clinical Support staff
- Communicate progress, blockers, and outcomes to the Sr. Director
- Track recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, health IT, information systems, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in system configuration, EMR/EHR (Kipu), or workflow build (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple priorities (implementation + project work)
- Knowledge and experience with health care information systems or behavioral health processes and workflows (preferred)
- Computer proficiency, including MS365, specifically Excel, and Smartsheet (preferred)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
