Job Description
Systems Integration Lead managing ERP and HRIS integrations for Cobalt, ensuring operational excellence across partner companies.
Responsibilities:
- Own and actively manage ERP and HRIS integrations across multiple partner companies
- Deliver integrations on schedule with minimal disruption to operations
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for integration timelines, risks, and outcomes
- Ensure core systems are correctly linked and data flows reliably
- Define, enforce, and maintain Cobalt data standards, taxonomies, and integration best practices
- Partner closely with functional leaders to translate business requirements into system configurations
- Lead training and change management efforts
- Act as a trusted advisor to partner company CEOs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading or supporting complex systems integrations
- Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, finance, payroll, CRM, or operational platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and integration logic
- Experience operating in environments with ambiguity, limited structure, or rapid growth
- Proven ability to manage multiple integrations in parallel
- Strong change management and training orientation
- Comfort working cross-functionally with executives, operators, technical teams, and third-party vendors
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant advanced degree or certifications a plus
