Job Description
HR Intern supporting the talent acquisition and recruitment processes at fintech company DiligenceVault. Work on job postings, candidate sourcing, and HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Post and manage job openings across hiring platforms.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate assessments and interview scheduling.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as needed.
- Use AI tools to create sourcing strategy, screening candidates and manage application tracking system.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and Google Workspace.
