Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner leading full-cycle recruitment across Europe for EVERSANA’s life sciences commercialization services. Building talent pipelines and employer branding in Ireland-based home office role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition activities for multiple EVERSANA divisions in Europe
- Serve as the primary point of contact for talent acquisition
- Source and select top talent in a fast-paced organization
- Report to the Senior Director, Human Resources Europe
- Collaborate with global HR functions, the global recruitment team, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple divisions and staffing levels
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels
- Promote the Employee Referral Program
- Filter and interview qualified candidates
- Organize interviews, obtain feedback, and track candidate status
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and improve recruiting processes, including data integrity and reporting
- Act as an ambassador for company Cultural Beliefs and provide counsel on company benefits
- Negotiate employment offers
- Update candidate records in the recruiting system
- Use market data to influence and drive recruiting efforts
- Build the recruitment network and promote employer branding in the region
- Establish long-term relationships with professional networks and recruitment agencies
- Maintain activity and project tracking reports
- Produce regular and ad hoc recruitment analytics reports
- Stay current on hiring regulations
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in recruiting, gained as in-house recruiter and in agency
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting across geographies in Europe
- Mandatory previous experience in recruiting for pharma/life sciences, IT, consulting, commercial, or services in general
- Strong understanding of hiring regulations within the European region and UK
- Previous experience of working in a multinational environment
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and structured working style
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels
- Strong customer focus and sense of urgency
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
- Fluency in English required
- Additional EU languages beneficial
