Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting clinical and pharmaceutical professionals for Ergomed’s life-science services. Managing sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and talent pipelines across regions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Line Managers to understand open positions and maintain vacancy-status communication
- Create job adverts and publish them across multiple job boards and regions using the ATS one-click publishing tool
- Execute recruitment strategies using LinkedIn headhunting, ATS sourcing and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates via video calls
- Provide shortlisted CVs to Line Managers
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Update the ATS with recruitment activity, candidate status and recruitment metrics
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and selection lifecycle
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for regularly recruited positions
- Develop compelling offers with HR and Line Managers and secure offer acceptance
- Maintain knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Refine recruitment processes and develop new processes where appropriate
- Research competitor information and candidate markets to guide Hiring Managers
- Co-develop and execute initiatives to strengthen talent market presence
- Partner with Marketing and Communications on brand-consistent, candidate-centric digital content
Requirements:
- Previous Talent Acquisition experience gained within a clinical recruitment agency, CRO or pharmaceutical company
- Understanding of the Life Science industry, ideally within Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information or Medical Writing
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects across niche skill areas
- First class oral and written communication skills in English
- Additional languages are desirable
- Ability to work effectively with HR, line managers and senior leadership
- Experience using an ATS or CRM system for recruitment
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize work effectively
- Proactive approach to work
- Strong attention to detail
