Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist managing recruitment for Eleven's digital media brands. Responsible for end-to-end hiring process and building talent pipelines for various roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and attract top talent for various roles within the company
  • Owning the end-to-end hiring process for a range of roles
  • Handle the full recruitment life-cycle, from adverts to onboarding of new employees
  • Training new joiners in the Recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in the media industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience handling a full-cycle recruitment role
  • Comfortable with working 6 days a week and remote working
