Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist managing recruitment for Eleven's digital media brands. Responsible for end-to-end hiring process and building talent pipelines for various roles.
Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and attract top talent for various roles within the company
- Owning the end-to-end hiring process for a range of roles
- Handle the full recruitment life-cycle, from adverts to onboarding of new employees
- Training new joiners in the Recruitment process
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in the media industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience handling a full-cycle recruitment role
- Comfortable with working 6 days a week and remote working
