Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant développant une activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB à La Possession. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow a property concierge services business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Monitor property-owner inquiries in your area and manage operations in real time through the ALB platform
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is an advantage
- Highly motivated
- Enjoy the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network
- Desire to build a recurring, long-term income
- Self-employed status
