Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant et développant une activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB à Saint-Paul. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and develop your property concierge company in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area
Requirements:
- Independent contractor / freelance status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Motivation and desire to build a recurring, long-term income
- The autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network
- No specific industry experience required: candidates from real estate, sales, or other sectors are welcome
