Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant développant une activité de conciergerie immobilière sous la marque ALB. Acquisition de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow a concierge services business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Earn 75% to 85% of the concierge service commissions generated by your business
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
- Entrepreneurial drive and motivation
- Desire for independence with the support of a structured network
- Willingness to build a long-term recurring income
- Independent contractor status
