Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant développant l’activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB à Pointe-à-Pitre. Acquisition de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop your own real estate concierge services business under the ALB brand
- Create and grow a concierge services business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally recruit your own City Managers through the referral program
- Develop a network of City Managers and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements:
- Independent contractor / self-employed status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation to develop a business
- Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network
- Willingness to build a recurring income over the long term
- No specific degree, experience, or investment explicitly required
