Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant et développant une activité ALB de conciergerie immobilière. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d'une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop your property concierge business in your assigned area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage your local team of cleaning and maintenance contractors
- Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Receive property-owner leads in your area and manage your business in real time via the ALB platform
Requirements:
- Self-employed status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Motivation
- Independence of a self-employed entrepreneur, with the support of a structured network
- Desire to build a recurring, long-term income
- Comprehensive training included
