Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant et développant une conciergerie immobilière ALB. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et constitution d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow your property concierge business in your area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- If desired, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their business
Requirements:
- Independent contractor / self-employed entrepreneur status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation and autonomy
- Open to candidates from real estate, sales, or other backgrounds
- Desire to build a long-term recurring income
- No investment required
