Job Description

Talent Partner managing end-to-end recruitment for go-to-market roles in high-growth companies. Supporting clients in the DACH region with a focus on commercial teams and cultural context.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across go-to-market disciplines, including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Commercial Leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to founders and senior commercial leaders, shaping hiring strategies aligned to growth stage and market entry
  • Partner closely with portfolio companies hiring in the DACH region, advising on market dynamics, talent availability, and role design
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across multiple go-to-market functions and seniority levels
  • Deliver a first-class candidate experience, timely communication, thoughtful feedback, and authentic advocacy
  • Use recruitment data to monitor hiring velocity, quality of hire, and process effectiveness — turning insights into action
  • Collaborate closely with your Move squad, sharing learnings, optimising tools, and continually improving delivery quality
  • Adapt quickly to evolving client priorities in high-growth, fast-paced environments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience recruiting for go-to-market roles within SaaS, tech scale-ups, or high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of commercial hiring landscapes, including sales motions, revenue org design, and GTM team structures
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on experience hiring in the DACH region
  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders such as Founders, CROs, VPs of Sales, and Revenue leaders
  • Proficiency with sourcing and hiring tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Ashby), and analytics dashboards
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Credibility and curiosity when discussing go-to-market functions. You ask sharp questions, learn fast, and build trust quickly
  • Based anywhere in Europe, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones
