Job Description
Talent Resourcer sourcing high-quality candidates and building talent pipelines for international recruitment agency. Collaborating closely with recruiters to support successful hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify high-quality candidates for roles.
- Build talent pipelines.
- Support recruiters and consultants.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a resourcer or sourcer within a recruitment agency.
- Experience sourcing candidates internationally or across multiple countries, including in high-volume remote hiring environments.
- Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
- Experience partnering effectively with recruiters and consultants throughout the hiring process.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- A home office setup with reliable internet and a personal laptop.
