Job Description

Teamlead Online Marketing at a SaaS company enabling creation of effective websites and landing pages. Responsible for strategy development, team leadership, and performance marketing optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • You are the point of contact for your Online Marketing team, continuously develop the team and provide constructive feedback
  • In close collaboration with management, you develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy and select marketing channels, communication concepts and target-group specific measures accordingly
  • You are responsible for ongoing monitoring and tracking of relevant performance metrics (KPIs), producing meaningful reports and preparing in-depth analyses (e.g., with Google Analytics and other tracking tools)
  • You take on strategic planning, operational management and budget control for our performance marketing channels (e.g., SEA, SEO, Social Ads, Display)
  • You play a key role in the data-driven optimization of our performance marketing campaigns with the aim of increasing efficiency, improving conversions and achieving our marketing goals (CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • With your in-depth knowledge of brand and performance marketing, you contribute creative ideas and data-driven approaches to further build our brand and effectively increase reach
  • You are also responsible for and manage other marketing areas such as Meta Ads, content production, email marketing, PR, social media management, website optimization, SEO and support events together with your team
  • Furthermore, you act as an interface to other departments and external service providers

Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, media or communication studies, e-commerce) or an equivalent qualification
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in online marketing with a focus on performance, preferably in an international environment
  • You have successfully led a team and motivated them to achieve top performance
  • You can demonstrate concrete successes in performance marketing and campaign management
  • You are passionate about data-driven processes and have excellent knowledge of the various performance marketing channels, able to identify weaknesses and optimization potentials
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the B2B SaaS environment
  • You bring excellent communication skills, empathy and strong interpersonal skills
  • You are highly organized, set clear priorities and keep an overview of a wide range of tasks
  • In addition, you have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Your profile is rounded off by openness to innovative marketing approaches and a hands-on mentality
