Job Description
Teamlead Online Marketing responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for Onepage GmbH, a SaaS company focusing on modern and high-conversion landing pages.
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for the Online Marketing team
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy
- Monitor and track relevant performance metrics
- Strategic planning, operational management and budget control for performance marketing channels
- Data-driven optimization of our performance marketing campaigns
- Responsibility for and management of other marketing areas
- Liaison with other departments and external service providers
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or comparable vocational training
- At least 5 years of experience in online marketing with a focus on performance
- Proven experience leading a team
- Demonstrable successes in performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of various performance marketing channels
- Ideally experienced in the B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Strong organizational skills and clear prioritization
- Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
- Open to innovative marketing approaches
