Job Description

Senior Technical Account Manager at Contruent serving as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers. Driving adoption and ensuring successful outcomes from customer investments in the company’s solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts
  • Develop deep understanding of customer objectives and environments
  • Own technical health of customer environments
  • Lead resolution of complex technical issues
  • Support renewals with technical insight
  • Identify expansion opportunities

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in enterprise SaaS or related roles
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise customers
  • Project controls or capital project systems expertise
