Job Description
Technical Account Manager solving customer challenges and driving business value for Samsara's IoT platform. Managing customer relationships and optimizing technical health to ensure success.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, delivering measurable business value
- Optimize customers' technical health and mitigate risk
- Build enduring relationships by translating operational goals into technical solutions
- Foster collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product teams during critical incidents
- Manage customer communications and expectations to successful resolutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a technical customer-facing role such as technical account management, solutions consulting, or customer success
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Exceptional technical literacy with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and API integrations
- A data-informed approach to understanding customer needs
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
