Job Description
Technical CRM Campaign Manager responsible for implementing CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar tools. Collaborating on projects while ensuring data integrity and automation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Technical implementation and management of CRM campaigns in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or comparable ESPs
- Building and automating workflows, journeys, and trigger-based campaigns
- Segmenting target audiences and maintaining data models (e.g., Data Extensions in SFMC)
- Integrating and connecting data sources (API, SQL, ETL processes)
- Creating and maintaining dynamic templates (HTML, AMPscript, Liquid, etc.)
- Testing, QA, and monitoring campaigns (including reporting & troubleshooting)
- Close collaboration with Data, Creative, and Project Management teams to deliver holistic CRM projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with common ESPs, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar platforms
- Technical understanding of data structures, segmentation, and integrations
- Practical experience with SQL and at least one scripting/template language (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, Velocity)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
- Analytical and structured working style with high quality standards
- Excellent German and English skills (C-level)
