- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and a multi-threaded focus
- High ownership mindset—you take initiative, follow through, and learn by doing
- Proactive and adaptable—comfortable navigating ambiguity and seizing opportunities
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
