Job Description
Technical Recruiter supporting U.S. hiring needs at fintech company Ocrolus. Focused on hiring technical engineering and product roles while partnering with managers.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruiting for U.S. technical engineering and product roles
- Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates in niche technical markets
- Conduct recruiter screens, manage interview scheduling, feedback, and communication
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders on hiring progress and pre-employment coordination
- Identify process improvements, leverage automation/AI tools, and apply fintech/product industry best practices
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of technical recruiting experience
- Prior experience recruiting in fintech or similar regulated, product-based technology companies
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle U.S. hiring
- Strong understanding of technical roles, engineering org structures, and interview processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Preferably Greenhouse) and modern sourcing tools
- Ability to work in a hybrid NY-based setup and thrive in a fast-paced, high-priority hiring environment
