Job Description

Technical Recruiter supporting recruitment for software engineering roles at NexgenLink. Collaborating with the HR team to source and screen candidates while managing interview processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify candidates that match job requirements.
  • Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling with hiring managers and senior recruiters.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly within the software engineering sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and basic applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Prior internship or experience in recruitment or HR roles is preferred.
  • Understanding of software engineering roles and tech industry terminology.
  • Experience coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
