Job Description

Technical Recruiter (Contractor) for One Park Financial managing IT talent acquisition. Handle full-cycle recruiting for technical roles with a focus on candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles, from sourcing through offer support
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and technical needs
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical background and fit
  • Coordinate interviews and technical assessments as needed
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT / technical roles
  • Strong understanding of technical profiles (engineering, IT, DevOps, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting in the US market preferred
