Job Description

Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing high-caliber technical talent across engineering roles. Join Pearl Talent to connect the top candidates with exceptional opportunities globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Source technical candidates through specialized channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and developer communities
  • Build and maintain pipelines across technical specializations (frontend, backend, full-stack, AI/ML, data, DevOps)
  • Execute Boolean and X-ray search strategies to engage passive technical talent
  • Develop evergreen talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Conduct personalized, technically informed outreach to qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial technical screening interviews to assess skills, problem-solving, and technical depth
  • Review GitHub profiles, portfolios, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate and evaluate coding challenges, take-home assessments, and live technical interviews
  • Assess understanding of development methodologies and engineering best practices
  • Provide structured technical feedback to hiring stakeholders
  • Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to clarify technical requirements
  • Translate role requirements into effective sourcing strategies and candidate profiles
  • Provide market insights on technical talent availability and skill prioritization
  • Support the refinement of technically accurate and market-aligned job descriptions
  • Manage multi-stage technical interview processes
  • Coordinate interviews with distributed technical teams
  • Prepare candidates for technical interview formats and expectations
  • Ensure timely documentation and communication of interview feedback
  • Engage with technical communities and professional networks
  • Support technical employer branding through content and outreach initiatives
  • Build relationships with universities, bootcamps, and technical training programs
  • Improve technical recruitment workflows and sourcing efficiency
  • Track sourcing effectiveness and pipeline health
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and technical hiring trends

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or technology talent acquisition
  • Proven experience recruiting for software engineering, data, AI, or infrastructure roles
  • Solid understanding of software development concepts, programming languages, and tech stacks
  • Experience conducting technical screening interviews and coordinating assessments
  • End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing through offer stage
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):
  • Experience recruiting for specialized technical domains (AI/ML, data engineering, DevOps, mobile)
  • Background recruiting for startups or high-growth technology companies
  • Agency recruitment experience
  • Hands-on technical exposure or formal technical education
  • Experience hiring senior or leadership-level technical roles
  • Exposure to global or cross-border technical hiring
