Job Description

Technical Sales Engineer supporting Territory Managers with filtration solutions and customer training. Troubleshooting and designing complex solutions to meet sales growth in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Territory Managers and Key Accounts Managers in engine filtration solutions
  • Secure sales growth by formulating customer solutions
  • Train and support distributors and end-users
  • Execute field service strategy to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Troubleshoot at customer sites for root causes
  • Provide feedback on industry trends and authorized distributors

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Civil or Chemical Engineering, or its equivalent
  • Technical experience in a related industry
  • Knowledge in air & liquid engine filtration
  • Working experience related to diesel engine heavy equipment
  • Strong sales aptitude with excellent communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM
  • Minimum 2-3 years of technical experience in manufacturing and/or engineering environment
  • Minimum 3-5 years of field sales engineering experience
