Job Description
Technical Sales Professional II driving sales growth in adhesives industry at H.B. Fuller. Focusing on retaining existing business and developing new opportunities through technical solutions and customer partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by retaining existing business and developing new opportunities
- Apply H.B. Fuller sales processes and maintain accurate CRM data
- Build a qualified sales funnel and provide reliable forecasts
- Conduct value‑based selling, pricing, and margin negotiation
- Deliver customer-focused solutions and gather Voice of Customer insights
- Promote innovative technologies and support product positioning
- Manage time, travel, and expenses to plan
- Provide timely reporting and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
- 2+ years in sales, technical service, or customer-facing roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Authorization to work in the United States.
