Job Description
Talent Sourcer supporting recruitment for AI/ML Engineer positions. Utilizing sourcing techniques to identify and attract suitable candidates for various job openings.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential candidates for various job openings
- Review and post attractive job adverts on job boards
- Utilize sourcing methods to attract candidates
- Initiate communication with prospective candidates
- Evaluate candidate qualifications through initial phone or video interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate data and records in ATS
Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent administration required
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) required
- Proficiency in using various sourcing methods
- Basic Boolean search skills to identify and engage potential candidates
