Job Description

Technical Support Specialist providing assistance to healthcare providers using Nox Medical hardware and software. Collaborating with various teams for troubleshooting and product performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing global service and technical support in person, over the phone and/or through email.
  • Investigate and document product performance and failure information.
  • Work collaboratively with Nox Medical Marketing, Sales, Product Specialists and R&D to help troubleshoot product issues.
  • Test new versions of hardware and software.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the Sleep Diagnostic, medical device or other regulated industries.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Experience with customer service and technical support is a benefit.
  • RPSGT credential is a benefit.
  • Experience using Noxturnal software is a benefit.
  • French Intermediate language proficiency is a benefit.
