Job Description
Technical Support Specialist providing assistance to healthcare providers using Nox Medical hardware and software. Collaborating with various teams for troubleshooting and product performance.
Responsibilities:
- Providing global service and technical support in person, over the phone and/or through email.
- Investigate and document product performance and failure information.
- Work collaboratively with Nox Medical Marketing, Sales, Product Specialists and R&D to help troubleshoot product issues.
- Test new versions of hardware and software.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the Sleep Diagnostic, medical device or other regulated industries.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong technical background.
- Experience with customer service and technical support is a benefit.
- RPSGT credential is a benefit.
- Experience using Noxturnal software is a benefit.
- French Intermediate language proficiency is a benefit.
