Job Description

Designing learner-centered training solutions for healthcare teams at Evernorth. Collaborating with leaders to enhance skills and improve performance across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences for new hire and ongoing training across Care Solution roles
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into clear, actionable learning objectives
  • Lead end-to-end instructional design using the ADDIE framework
  • Develop interactive training solutions using a mix of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning methods
  • Continuously improve curriculum by analyzing learner feedback and training effectiveness metrics
  • Ensure training content remains accurate and aligned with evolving products, systems, and business strategies
  • Incorporate innovative tools and emerging technologies to modernize learning experiences
  • Support training delivery through facilitation or train-the-trainer sessions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of instructional design experience
  • 2+ years of experience developing healthcare-related training curriculum
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline or Rise, Captivate)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
