Job Description
Designing learner-centered training solutions for healthcare teams at Evernorth. Collaborating with leaders to enhance skills and improve performance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver impactful learning experiences for new hire and ongoing training across Care Solution roles
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into clear, actionable learning objectives
- Lead end-to-end instructional design using the ADDIE framework
- Develop interactive training solutions using a mix of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning methods
- Continuously improve curriculum by analyzing learner feedback and training effectiveness metrics
- Ensure training content remains accurate and aligned with evolving products, systems, and business strategies
- Incorporate innovative tools and emerging technologies to modernize learning experiences
- Support training delivery through facilitation or train-the-trainer sessions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of instructional design experience
- 2+ years of experience developing healthcare-related training curriculum
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline or Rise, Captivate)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
