Job Description
Telesales Retention Representative responsible for generating leads and retaining members in health plans. Works remotely in California with a focus on customer service and outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads to meet and exceed individual sales production of new enrollments
- Handle inside/in-bound telephone inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls relevant to enrollment/disenrollment
- Submit daily activity production reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Medicare Health Plan knowledge and/or health insurance background preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have active Health and Life license
