Job Description
Part-time remote therapist providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy for eating-disorder recovery. Supporting CARE IOP’s binge-eating programming and multidisciplinary treatment teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, or family psychotherapy
- Collaborate with Emily Program clinicians in a multidisciplinary setting
- Oversee a caseload and deliver individual and family therapy according to treatment plans
- Co-facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated
- Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings
- Perform comprehensive intake evaluations
- Carry out other assigned tasks
- Support CARE IOP programming focused on binge eating
Requirements:
- Current Associate or Independent licensure required in Minnesota
- Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required
- Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to drive
