Job Description
Ticket Sales Support Specialist responsible for air ticketing and customer service in the travel industry. Managing complex itineraries and supporting a remote advisor team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage air ticketing: issuing, reissuing, fare builds, refunds, exchanges, and multi-sector premium itineraries
- Work confidently in Galileo (Travelport) and associated booking platforms
- Handle end-to-end administration of bookings: quotes, confirmations, documentation, QC checks, reconciliations
- Liaise directly with airlines, wholesalers and hotel partners to confirm services, amend itineraries and resolve issues
- Maintain meticulous client files, CRM records, supplier communications and booking documentation
- Deliver polished, high-touch customer service via phone and email
- Support our advisor team with general administrative and booking support tasks
Requirements:
- 5+ years of travel industry experience in a consultant, ticketing or support role
- Strong GDS proficiency (Galileo preferred) and comfort with complex itineraries
- Solid ticketing expertise, including fare rules, reissues and multi-carrier journeys
- Excellent customer service and polished communication skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy and organisational discipline
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, able to support multiple senior advisors
- Ability to work remotely with discipline, reliability and strong communication
- Experience in luxury travel, preferred-partner programs (Virtuoso, Leading Hotels, Four Seasons, etc.) or high-net-worth clients is advantageous but not essential.
