Job Description

Total Rewards Manager at Miovision responsible for designing employee benefits and compensation programs. Managing operations and market analysis for competitive, equitable pay practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape and enhance employee experience through compensation and benefit programs
  • Manage day-to-day operations of total rewards programs
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and oversee compensation cycles
  • Provide guidance on job evaluations, salary recommendations, and incentive programs
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to prepare decision-making reports
  • Lead special projects and initiatives to enhance total rewards function

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits
  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, equity-based compensation, benefits design and HR compliance
  • Proven ability to analyze compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing the administration of benefits programs
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, compensation tools and modules
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
