Job Description
Technical Writer creating 'premium communications' for a crypto prime broker. Engaging in narrative synthesis and multi-channel content production with a focus on quality.
Responsibilities:
- The Extraction: Detailed conversations with Terrace’s subject matter experts (Founder, Advisors, Execs, Lead Engineers) to capture technical insights and customer impacts.
- Narrative Synthesis: Transform raw interview transcripts, research, and complex technical documentation into compelling narratives.
- End-to-End Production: Own the lifecycle of content assets.
- Multi-channel Atomization: Repurpose core narratives into a diverse suite of outputs, including landing pages, blog posts, short-form social content (Twitter/TG/Linkedin), and PR releases.
- Strategic Ownership: Conduct deep research on industry trends and the client's specific architectural advantages to ensure all content provides both 'entertainment hook' and 'tactical utility.'
- Premium Quality Control: Ensure every piece of content meets a 'premium communication' standard—punchy, insightful, and persuasive enough for sophisticated B2B buyers and clear enough for B2C consumers.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years of Technical Content Experience: You have a portfolio of work.
- Technical Literacy: A proven ability to jump in and quickly understand and articulate complex technical realities.
- Professional Background: This might be in industries including fintech, crypto infrastructure, AI, SaaS, etc.
- Ownership Mentality: You don’t wait for a brief; you create it.
- Full-Cycle Production Capability: Ability to manage projects from initial research and interviewing through to the final 'baked-in distribution' phase.
- Standards of Excellence: You understand that 'content' is not just SEO filler. It is a mechanism for building social proof and reducing the sales cycle.
