Job Description

Traffic Analyst optimizing paid media campaigns for Paciente360, an educational platform for health professionals. Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing advertising strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, monitor and optimize campaigns on platforms such as:
  • Meta Ads (Instagram and Facebook)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, proposing adjustments and identifying opportunities.
  • Create and test different targeting, messaging and ad formats.
  • Set up A/B testing routines and continuous optimization cycles.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of spend.
  • Produce reports with consistent analysis, actionable insights and practical recommendations.
  • Support the team with technical guidance from planning through measurement of results.
  • Keep up with trends, algorithm changes and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the integration of paid media, content and CRM strategies.
  • Act as an active voice in evolving funnels and campaigns, proposing new formats, messages and targeting strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing paid media (B2B experience is a plus) with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Strong command of media-buying platforms: Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to read and interpret metrics (CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of tracking, pixels, UTMs and measurement best practices.
  • Experience creating audiences, conducting tests and applying advanced optimizations.
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of BI tools is a plus (Looker Studio, Power BI).
