Job Description

Assistente Administrativo Trainee supporting internal areas with fluid processes and backoffice tasks. Organizing documentation, assisting in report generation, and managing schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to internal teams, ensuring day-to-day processes run smoothly.
  • Organize documents, files, and records in internal systems.
  • Assist with routine preparation of basic reports.
  • Update control spreadsheets and performance indicators.
  • Handle administrative requests from various departments.
  • Support scheduling of interviews and meetings, and calendar management.
  • Assist with recruitment processes and benefits purchasing/administration.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of back-office processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required (technical or university studies in Administration or related fields preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, social media, AI tools, and Canva (particularly Excel and Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with routine tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work under CLT employment terms, during standard business hours
  • Preferred: prior experience in administrative activities, internships, or young apprentice programs
  • Experience with ERP systems or CRMs
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in administration
