Job Description
Email Marketing Manager for Mailkeeper, crafting engaging email content and collaborating with teams. Analyze performance and drive improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content: The content manager should be able to craft emails that engage and persuade the target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The content manager should work closely with other teams, such as marketing, product, and design, to ensure that content is aligned with overall business goals and strategies.
- Analyze and optimize performance: Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Requirements:
- At least intermediate/upper-intermediate writing English skills are required.
- Proven experience in content creation (emails, banners, social media posts, short-form marketing copy).
- Ability to quickly create exciting content following business needs and target audience.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Hands-on experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
- Hands-on experience working with content editors or email builders (e.g., Mailchimp editor, Stripo, Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop builder).
- Basic analytical mindset — ability to understand metrics and apply insights to improve content.
- Experience in Email Marketing, understanding of key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for adapting complex layouts and making minor code edits.
- Understanding of segmentation logic and database structure.
- Basic understanding of anti-spam rules and email deliverability best practices.
- Experience with copywriting or marketing automation tools.
