Job Description
Ausbilder:in für Softwareentwicklung bei WBS TRAINING, einem Anbieter beruflicher Weiterbildung. Durchführung von Remote-Unterricht und Kompetenzentwicklung für angehende Fachinformatiker:innen.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
- Prepare and create instructional materials based on the curriculum
- Conduct competency assessments
- Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the job market
- Contribute to participants’ skills development as a source of expertise and learning facilitator
Requirements:
- Completed training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience
- In-depth knowledge and skills in various areas of software development and information technology
- Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Practical experience in software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Knowledge of software architecture and design
- Knowledge of virtualization with Hyper-V
- Knowledge of operating systems, system architecture, and security practices
- Interest in and ability to integrate AI and ChatGPT into teaching
- Teaching aptitude, e.g., an instructor qualification under AEVO
- Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
- Strong methodological and instructional skills for communicating educational content
- Independent, well-structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Excellent proficiency in the language of instruction, German at C2 level
