Job Description
Training Manager for DSV managing Warehouse Management System training implementation and delivery across AMER-Region. Facilitating both in-person and online training for logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute trainings on location across AMER-Region
- Facilitate online training
- Continuous improvement of trainings and material content
- Organize training calendar with local site
- Provide go-live support, and after-care on site
- Maintain revisions of training materials
- Train key- and end-users on designed processes
- Advocate best practices and standardization to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 2 years’ experience in working in a project-based environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Strong and energetic personality, able to communicate on operations as well as management level.
- Proficiency in one or more WMS
- Computer Skills
