Job Description

Training Manager for DSV managing Warehouse Management System training implementation and delivery across AMER-Region. Facilitating both in-person and online training for logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute trainings on location across AMER-Region
  • Facilitate online training
  • Continuous improvement of trainings and material content
  • Organize training calendar with local site
  • Provide go-live support, and after-care on site
  • Maintain revisions of training materials
  • Train key- and end-users on designed processes
  • Advocate best practices and standardization to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 2 years’ experience in working in a project-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Strong and energetic personality, able to communicate on operations as well as management level.
  • Proficiency in one or more WMS
  • Computer Skills
