Job Description
Transformation Manager leading strategic, financial, and operational transformation for Custom Truck One Source. Developing models, forecasts, and initiatives to improve profitable growth across truck and equipment services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial and operational guidance and advise the Vice President, Operations on recommendations to improve the service organization’s financial performance
- Partner with organizational members on strategic initiatives, including the annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Oversee executive-level strategic projects for Operations and Service functions
- Oversee development of transformational projects to drive profitable growth throughout Custom Truck One Source
- Provide thought leadership and insights to key stakeholders through reporting development
- Develop complex financial and operational models
- Interface with department leaders across the business to deliver insightful, action-oriented analysis
- Support Service and Operations functions by quantifying, developing, managing, and executing strategic business priorities
- Partner between Service, Finance, Commercial teams, and segment leadership
- Research, analyze, reconcile, and validate data sets and information to inform business decisions
- Design and implement financial models for key business decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Accounting
- MBA preferred
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of reviewing financial statements and/or performance metrics and communicating results to senior management
- Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders at various levels within an organization
- Proven track record of working with wide variety of people to implement business change
- Proficient fluency with data and financial reporting in Excel
- Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently
- Experience working with and presenting to senior executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and comfort interacting with executive-level management
- Very proficient with Excel formulas, functions and data organization
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
- Ability to manage one's own time and the time of others in order to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays
