Job Description
Ingénieur d’affaires IT développant les activités de conseil de SeeQualis en assistance technique et forfait. Gestion commerciale, recrutement et suivi des consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and structure a portfolio of clients and prospects
- Understand business, IT, and organizational challenges
- Build and propose value-added offerings (technical assistance / fixed-price projects)
- Contribute to the development of the firm’s offerings and market positioning
- Identify, assess, and recruit suitable candidates
- Support consultants throughout their assignments
- Anticipate clients’ needs, developments, and opportunities
- Build long-term partnership relationships
- Ensure client and employee satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT services company or IT consulting firm
- Master’s degree (business school, engineering school, or equivalent)
- Strong business acumen combined with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work in demanding and rapidly changing environments
- Fluent English required (for client interactions and international contexts)
