Job Description
Incident Manager pilotant les incidents IT de bout en bout chez Synapsys, société de conseil en transformation des infrastructures. Coordonnant les crises, processus ITIL, indicateurs et analyses post-mortem.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure incidents are resolved within the required timeframes and manage backlogs
- Ensure compliance with the incident management process
- Coordinate and lead the stakeholders involved in the incident resolution process
- Take end-to-end ownership of IT incident management
- Assess incidents and manage communications
- Improve processes
- Define monitoring metrics and produce management dashboards
- Lead crisis meetings following major/P1 incidents
- Document Incident Management processes and promote ITIL best practices
- Conduct post-mortem analyses of major incidents, identify root causes, and recommend improvements
- Contribute to Squad activities, including internal projects, workshops, conferences, business development and recruitment initiatives, and the creation of expert articles
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT production and operations
- Two-year degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field
- ITIL certification
- Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
