Job Description
Service Delivery Manager pilotant les services IT, SLA et contrats clients chez Synapsys. Optimisation des processus, outils et plans de progrès pour la transformation des infrastructures numériques.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for delivering the IT services defined in service contracts
- Implement and optimize service catalogs, related processes, and tools
- Ensure compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs)
- Implement processes and tools for handling customer requests
- Ensure the quality of delivered services and oversee action plans
- Lead service review meetings
- Create management reports covering quality and contractual KPIs
- Manage the human and financial resources allocated to contracts
- Implement improvement plans to enhance service efficiency
- Contribute to drafting contractual deliverables, including the service agreement, responsibility matrix, and quality assurance plan
- Contribute to Squad activities, including internal projects, workshops, conferences, business development and recruitment initiatives, and the writing of expert articles
Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT operations and production
- A two-year post-secondary degree or higher in computer science, information systems management, or a related field
- ITIL certification
- Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset
- Creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to synthesize and analyze information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Rigor and excellent organizational skills
- Expected experience level: 5 to 8 years
