Job Description
Client Presentation Manager creating and delivering workplace savings webinars, presentations and benefit-fair materials. Helping Legal & General members understand pensions and financial wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Create clear and engaging presentation materials for workplace scheme members
- Deliver webinars, benefit fairs and employee engagement presentations
- Speak with clients and client directors to understand requirements and agree content needs
- Coordinate webinar planning, logistics, content preparation and follow-up activity
- Manage timelines, stakeholder updates and delivery expectations across multiple sessions
- Turn pensions and financial wellbeing information into simple, member-friendly content
- Work with Customer Engagement, content, copy and creative teams to produce high-quality materials
- Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines, Consumer Duty principles and tone of voice expectations
- Travel regularly across the UK for in-person presentations and client/member events, likely around once a week on average
Requirements:
- Experience presenting to a range of audiences, ideally through webinars, events or client/member-facing sessions
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills
- Ability to create clear and visually engaging presentation decks
- Confidence working with clients, senior stakeholders or internal partners to understand needs and manage expectations
- Strong organisation skills and experience managing timelines, logistics and multiple deliverables
- Ability to explain complex information in a simple, practical and audience-friendly way
- Familiarity with pensions, financial wellbeing or workplace savings helpful
- Experience in financial services, professional services, employee benefits or a similar client-facing environment beneficial
- Willingness to travel across the UK for face-to-face member and client activity
- UK driving licence
