Job Description

Senior Manager optimizing and improving learning initiatives for TAG's healthcare support operations. Leading strategic and data-driven approaches for development and project management in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Optimization Needs Assessments for Assigned Functions
  • Drive execution of learning optimization strategies
  • Lead end-to-end project management across design, development, deployment
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret learning metrics
  • Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business areas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects
  • Solid business acumen
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles
