Job Description
Senior Manager optimizing and improving learning initiatives for TAG's healthcare support operations. Leading strategic and data-driven approaches for development and project management in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Optimization Needs Assessments for Assigned Functions
- Drive execution of learning optimization strategies
- Lead end-to-end project management across design, development, deployment
- Collect, analyze, and interpret learning metrics
- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development
- 3+ years of experience leading projects
- Solid business acumen
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
