Job Description
Global Growth Manager responsible for user acquisition and monetization at AI-powered language learning company. Managing substantial marketing budgets and driving innovative growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Own global growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Manage and scale **$500K+ monthly paid marketing budgets** across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels
- Run rapid A/B tests across onboarding, funnels, pricing, subscription flows, and engagement loops
- Partner with product, data, engineering, and creative teams to launch high-impact growth experiments
- Analyze CAC, LTV, cohorts, retention, and subscription economics to drive decision-making
- Identify and scale new high-LTV markets, especially across Europe
- Build scalable growth loops supporting the global expansion of our **AI language learning products**
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, monetization, or product growth
- Proven experience managing **large-scale paid media budgets ($300K–$500K+ monthly)**
- Strong analytical mindset with experimentation-driven decision-making
- Experience in **mobile apps, edtech, language learning, AI products, or subscription businesses**
- Ability to operate fast, prioritize effectively, and execute cross-functionally
- Experience with attribution tools (Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust), BI tools, or SQL is a plus
- Fluent in English and **based in Europe**
