Job Description
Contract UX Designer on AI-powered wellness platform at Pontosense. Focus on defining user experiences for B2B and D2C interactions using privacy-first technology.
Responsibilities:
- Help define how privacy-first technology creates real value for organizations
- Transform everyday spaces into intelligent, supportive environments using contactless sensing
- Design for both B2B and D2C experiences on an AI-powered wellness platform
- Translate product requirements into clear user flows, journey maps, and interaction models
- Communicate interaction logic through structured designs in Figma
- Iterate closely with Product Managers and Engineering
- Ensure consistency of interaction patterns and system behaviors across a multi-product ecosystem
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of UX / interaction design experience in mobile or desktop SaaS, with a portfolio showing complex, system-driven flows (B2B and/or D2C)
- Strong interaction design and systems thinking—able to simplify complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences
- Ability to think from first principles and navigate ambiguity without relying on rigid UX processes
- Experience designing UX for AI-powered products or intelligent systems is an asset
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate design, scenario exploration, and edge-case coverage
- High proficiency in Figma for communicating flows, wireframes, and interaction logic
- Strong intuition for usability, with the ability to identify and resolve issues without heavy reliance on research
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments
- Curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with emerging technologies
