Job Description
Vehicle Remarketing Auction Representative managing auction relationships and vehicle sales for Capital One. Responsible for overseeing auction locations and ensuring accurate vehicle condition reports with a focus on retention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships and inventory at vendor auction locations
- Responsible for the sale of vehicles at auction
- Digital representation or physical travel to city of auction site to inspect vehicle inventory prior to sale
- Ensure accuracy of condition reports and validate appropriate reconditioning
- Manage relationships with auction management and report sale performance and metrics
- Audit online vehicle condition reports, announcements, and expenses for accuracy
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of experience with vehicle auctions or the vehicle remarketing industry
- At least 2 years of lead or supervisory or management experience in an auto auction or similar Industry (preferred)
- At least 2 years of lead or supervisory or management experience in Vehicle Remarketing (preferred)
- Working proficiency of AutoIMS, excel, and the Google suite of products
